Tempered Glass Overview
Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass to near its softening point and then cooling it rapidly. This procedure creates highly desirable induced stress, resulting in exceptional strength and thermal resistance.
Key Features:
- High Safety: Breaks into tiny harmless pieces if shattered.
- Enhanced Hardness: 4-5 times stronger than ordinary float glass.
- Thermal Stability: Withstands temperatures up to 220°C.
- Wind-Load Resistance: Ideal for exterior architecture.
Applications
Our tempered glass is versatile and suitable for various industries:
Vehicles:
Windows for trains, buses, and cars.
Architecture:
Windows, facades, and balustrades.
Furniture:
Table tops, shelves, and shower doors.
Notice: Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled after the tempering process.
